Strength Program

Everyone who has completed all steps in the program will get a badge.


This program is an 8 week strength training program designed to increase muscle mass and overall functional strength. This program is designed for those who have experience with weight lifting or sports and are look to build strength. The first couple weeks start out with low weight, and progressively increases throughout the 8 weeks to increase muscle mass.
